strength, improve body awareness and appreciation, and experience cell- and soul-deep
transformation.
RYT 200 Yoga Specialist Susan Unes leads each intensive daily group practice.
Participants will experience . . .

them into an energetic flowing practice.
- Breath work: students will learn various breathing exercises and techniques to
compliment an energetic yoga practice and calm the mind.

Excerpts from a recent testimonial:
I’m a 62-year-old woman who . . . developed various aches and pains, including tendonitis in both elbows and my rotator cuff as well as knee surgery for torn cartilage, and an aching back. . . . I jumped at the chance to get guidance from a professional, Susan Unes with Radiant Fitness. . . . I came away with much more than I’d hoped for. Susan, like the true professional that she is, had prepared herself ahead of time by researching my problems and was ready to help me. Not only did she take me through the poses I was concerned with, but she showed me alternatives to help with my joint problems. She showed me how to . . . make moves easier . . .and assured me that I can maintain the muscle tone I have . . . without straining my joints.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience . . . I’m now convinced that it will be worth my time and money to . . . find a yoga teacher who is as knowledgeable and caring as Susan!
