RYT 200 Yoga Specialist
Susan Unes leads each daily cleansing practice. Participants will
experience . . .  

  • Yoga poses: students will learn the classical positions of yoga

  • Breath work: students will learn various breathing exercises and techniques to complement
    their yoga practice and calm the mind.

  • Introduction to meditation: students will learn basic meditation techniques to quiet the mind
    and bring awareness to thought patterns and ingrained habits.
