Keri presents motivational and informative talks and classes on a wide range of
fitness topics and creates custom programs as well. Her clients include university
classes, church groups, fitness facilities and business groups. She tailors each
presentation to the needs of the audience.

Internet and phone-based Teletraining
Alumni of Radiant Fitness personal training may continue benefiting from one-on-
one contact with a personal trainer via the phone and internet. Regular
“Teletraining” appointments help clients stay motivated, challenged and fit for life.
(Cost range $30 per phone appointment; ongoing internet communication is free)
Personal Training (FAQ)
After a careful analysis of your personal history, goals and lifestyle, Keri will
custom-design a fitness plan to help you achieve optimum results in minimum
time at the location of your choice—your home, office or residential complex
fitness facility. On-site personal training allows you to achieve your best self in the
comfort and privacy of your own personal space. Family and partner training
packages are also available.
(Costs: Initial Consultation is $90; 8 1hr session package is $600, which includes initial consultation.
Alumni of the Basic 8 session package may purchase individual sessions at $75 per hour).
Group Fitness Instruction
Keri teaches several FREE classes throughout Northern Kentucky!
Check out FREE Yoga for beginners!
Keri also teaches Belly Dance classes for all fitness levels--especially
beginning dancers!
