Nancy Zwick is a Registered Dietitian with Dairy Council Mid East. Nancy has more
than five years of experience in front of the camera and with reporters and has
completed numerous print, TV and radio interviews on topics such as weight
management, child and adolescent nutrition, school nutrition and nutrition for disease
prevention. She also hosts her own monthly cable show called the Healthy Living
series. Nancy enjoys sharing healthy and delicious cooking tips and recipes.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Cincinnati and
completed a post-graduate internship at Indiana University School of Medicine in
Indianapolis, Indiana. Nancy received her Master of Nutrition Education degree from
the University of Cincinnati.
Nancy has experience in the areas of clinical practice, community nutrition and
nutrition education. She acts as a resource to health professionals, consumer leaders,
the media and the dairy industry.
Nancy is involved in the American, Ohio, Cincinnati and Dayton Dietetic
Associations. She has held various leadership positions with the Ohio and Cincinnati
Dietetic Associations. Nancy belongs to the Nutrition Education for the Public and the
Weight Management American Dietetic Association Practice Group. Nancy also is
member of the Ohio Nutrition Council. She has received the Young Recognized
Dietitian of the Year and the ODA Member Merit awards.
As a mother of four, Nancy understands the concerns many parents have about
feeding their families healthfully. She can offer many suggestions for busy families on
how to provide healthy meals that taste great and develop healthy eating habits for a
lifetime.
